“Made In The USA” The Love Story Behind The Music

It’s always good to get up in the morning when you wake up seeing your loved ones next to you. But I realized I have nothing but an empty space in my bed and this american dreams. I was supposed to prepare my coffee and breakfast but I suddenly remembered  this song of Demi Lovato that always stick in my head. Will, I did not immediately remembered the song name but I am surely it is ” Made in the USA”. I decided to open my site to feature this music since I felt inlove hearing it again. It’s cheesy I know but I swear, when you start listening it again you’re going to be like it. As you have seen above, the clip of the music video is there and I want you to watch and listen again and undetstand the lyrics. Its cute right? Two peoplo meet in the carnaval and it’s not a common love story you’ve known.  I am not even a big fan of Demi anyway, the music is just so good. The music video starred Dustin Milligan (90210),  Aimee Teegarden (Friday Nights Light) and off course our very own Demi Lovato who perfomed the music.

When Milligan’s character is sent off to war (not seen in clip due to restricted policy)  was one of my favorites to scene” When he was fighting i guess in Iraq, the shots are really close up on his face, and he is hiding behind something, and he is fully loaded, and he’s in the middle of a war, and it was really great, Maybe “Dustin is just a good actor, and he was crying, and there were bombs going and everything. That was just the coolest scene because that scene looks like it’s from a movie, I was thinking of Nicholas Sparks novel then.

Purpose Why We Need To Travel.

People today are wanting more in life, If there was one piece of advice I have for people today to experience more joy in life, it is to travel more. That’s true but sometimes we can’t avoid to ask ourselves  Why? In what purpose why I need to travel, Isn’t just wasting  money?  According to the survey of  Debate.org 68% percent say Yes! and 38% say no.  Why Yes?

They say  “This is money that can otherwise feed many in need. Imagine how many people are dying of hunger this very minute. Spread the wealth to those in need”. Well, they got a point many people also today are dying because of poverty.

Let us see the other side “By travelling you get to see how other civilisations live and see lifestyle much different that your own. It shows how lucky you are to live in the place you do and teaches you to be grateful for what you have. You only have one time on this planet why would you limit yourself to one part of the world. If you’re saving for a house you’re wasting your money. Live minimally and have more freedom. I’d rather travel all the time instead of having a huge mortgage with more room than I need to impress people I don’t.”  So confusing as they are both right, But this time, I’d like to focus on the good side since I love to travel.

I don’t mean to plan a travel at any time, It still depends on what I have in my pocket. Will if you are a traveller, you should be a risk taker. Travelling is wonderful in many ways, It captures us with a sense of wanderlust and has us longing for more destinations to visit, cultures to experience, food to eat, and people to meet.

You’ll find a new purpose

“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.” – Tim Cahill

Travelling is an amazingly underrated investment in yourself. As you travel you’re exposed to more new people, cultures, and lifestyles than you are living in your homeland all the time. With all the newness in your life, you’re also opened to new insights, ways of seeing the world and living, which often gives people a new purpose for their lives. If you’re feeling stuck on what your purpose is, what you want to do with your life, the career or educational path you want to pursue, go travel…you might just be surprised at what you discover as a new sense of life purpose and direction.

You’ll realise that your home is more than just where you grew up

“No one realises how beautiful it is to travel until he comes home and rests his head on his old, familiar pillow.” – Lin Yutang

The more we travel, the more we realize that our home is so much more than the town, city, state and even country that we’ve grown up in; we realize that our home is the world, this planet, and we become more conscious of how we can harmoniously live and support one another.

You’ll realise how little you actually knew about the world

“The world is a book, and those who do not travel read only one page.” – Saint Augustine

There’s concept, and then there’s experience. When we travel, we may notice that some of the things we’ve heard about the world end up being very different than what we were indoctrinated and conditioned to believe. Many of the initial myths that get dispelled are often about travelling itself. Where you once may have thought it was too expensive and dangerous, you may realise how you can actually save more on your lifestyle expenses travelling the world than you do living at home. You may also realise how kind and friendly strangers can be, and how they are even willing to take care of you with a place to sleep at night. Beyond that, you have the whole world to learn about with every place you discover, every person you meet and every culture you experience.

You’ll realize that it’s extremely easy to make friends

“A journey is best measured in friends, rather than miles.” – Tim Cahill

One of the first things I learned from traveling solo is how easy it is to make friends. Something magical happens in how people can show up rawer and real when they’re out of their conditioned environment and open to express themselves without feeling judged. That rawness and realness end up inspiring others to be authentic, and that’s how you can become best friends with people when you’ve only known them for a few hours.

You’ll realize life is a wonderful gift

“Life is either a daring adventure or nothing.” – Helen Keller

“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain

Life is a wonderful gift. It really is, and as we travel and experience more of the world and life, we often become overwhelmed with gratitude and appreciation for all the beautiful moments we enjoyed and people we’ve shared them with. More often than not, this is a realization that we can experience and take action from now while we’re still alive with energy rather than stacking up regrets by the time we’re on our death bed. Rather than waiting until you’re saying “I wish I had”, live so you can say “I’m glad I did”.

live so you can say “I’m glad I did”.

SEVERAL REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD EMBRACE BEING A SINGLE IN YOUR 20’s.

Being single in your 20s can be a great experience, don’t let anyone try to tell you otherwise. You have endless opportunities to take advantage of and the best part is you don’t need to verify your actions with anyone. To be honest, I’m still in 20’s and I enjoy it, just don’t ask if I am still in single or not?

Do you want to travel the world? Go for it. Try things that having a counterpart would prevent you from doing.

You aren’t accountable to anyone aside from yourself, so go out and live your life the way you want to. Don’t feel left out when your friends are in relationships, chances are they are more jealous of you than you are of them. Am I correct?

Always be down to go out and free for everything

Why not make the most of your free time by going out and trying new things? You have no restrictions when you are single and essentially no obligations. You aren’t bothering anyone with your frequent  out. If you want to do something you’re free and no one will say no to you.

Immerse yourself in your career

Sometimes having a boyfriend or girlfriend can ruin your career especially when you both have a problem with your relationship. But if you are single, you can spend your time on more important things in life-like your career. Devote extra hours to your job and live up to your true potential. Work hard and see what amazing results you can garner. Your job will always be there for you; what you put in, you will receive.

Plenty of Time to Travel

Many times you cannot just drop everything then and there to go out and travel. If you are in a committed relationship and want to travel, you have to base your plans around the schedules of two people. It’s far easier to explore the world on your own. Immerse yourself in a foreign culture; you will learn invaluable things about yourself, as well as a different way of life. You can plan without any hustle or any suggestion with someone and plenty of time to travel. I have my cousin working in Dubai and she’s like our inspiration being a young-adult single. She works peacefully and happy, she can travel many countries as she like. (ohh,) Cousy I’m melting right now.

Be open to set ups

The best part about being single is you can go out and expose yourself to the different kinds of people in the world and exchange culture. Take this time to figure out what traits you do and don’t want in a significant other. It’s all trial and error at this point, so make your mistakes now. Let your friends set you up, what do you even have to lose? You never know whom you’re going to meet or what you’re going to learn.

Realize how important your friends are

holiday-friends_3273176b

Don’t ignore or ditch your friends for possible dating chances. Your friends are the people who will always be by your side. In twenty years, you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than the things you did do. Experience things with your friends and make irreplaceable memories.

Most of all you will be having a Personal growth

Being single is an opportunity to make yourself a better person. Reflect on yourself and realize what traits you are proud of and what traits you are ashamed of. Use this as a time to look back on your past and your decisions and to evaluate them in order to prevent yourself from making similar mistakes in the future.

Sometimes we felt this common emotion of being human ”self-pity”, keep  asking yourselves why at our age we are still single. But Hey! wake up!Don’t take it burdens as you should celebrate being single. There is a lot of stuff you can do when people are single. So be happy as you are. ’til next time pepz,, chawwww….

Living the Simple Life

“A man is rich in proportion to the number of things which he can afford to let alone.”

~Henry David Thoreau

Since in my childhood, I’ve been learning to live a simple life.

A life uncluttered by most of the things people fill their lives with and left with space for what really matters. A life that isn’t constant busy-ness and rushing, but contemplation and creation, connection with people I love and time for nature and activity.

That doesn’t mean I have zero clutter and zero complications: I’m a part of the world, not a secluded monk. I have possessions, electronics, distractions, and occasional busy-ness. I just have reduced it to make space.

Today I’ve been reflecting on this simple life and thought I’d share some of those reflections.

Some things I’ve learned about living the simple life:

  • Decluttering your home and workspace can lead to a less cluttered mind. These visual distractions pull on us in more ways than we realize.
  • A quiet unrushed morning is a thing to treasure. I wake up early so that I have some quiet time to read, write, meditate.
  • You can’t have a simple life if you’re unwilling to let go of what you’re used to.
  • Letting go can be difficult, but is easier if you do a one-month challenge. Let go of something for a month and see whether you like it or not.
  • Letting go of cable TV was one of the best things we did early on — no more constant television in my home, no more ads for crappy things we don’t need.
  • Shopping isn’t therapy. It’s a waste of time and money.
  • If you’re filling your life with distractions, it’s probably because you’re afraid of what life would be like without constant Internet, social media, news, TV, games, snacks.
Simple, whole, healthy food is not only much healthier than junk food: it’s a pleasure.
  • You have to make time for what’s important: time with your kids, time with your spouse, time for creating, time for exercise. Push everything else aside to make time.
  • Overcommitting is the biggest sin against simple living most people make. I painfully cut out a huge number of commitments to simplify my life, and I’m glad I did. I do this every year or so because I keep forgetting.
  • I have certain activities I do almost every day, though not on a schedule: writing, reading, or eating healthy meals.
  • It’s easy to fill up our lives because there are so many things that sound amazing. We hear about what others are doing and instantly want to add that to our lives. But it’s harder to remember that by adding so many things to our lives, we are subtracting space. And that space is important.
  • By saying no to things that sound really cool, I’m saying yes to what’s truly important to me.
  • Distractions are both more tempting and more destructive than we realize.
  • It’s tempting to fill in every little minute of the day with productivity or distractions. Don’t. Leave some emptiness.
  • We put too much emphasis on excitement. It’s temporary, and not important.
  • We overemphasize productivity. Focus, priorities, and effectiveness are more important. So is a nice walk with a loved one.
  • If you can’t learn to sit in a quiet room alone with no distractions, you won’t be able to simplify.
  • Buying things doesn’t solve our problems. Neither does food.
  • It’s not how few things we own that matters. It’s whether we make those things count.
  • It’s better to have six books on your shelf that you’re really going to read than a hundred you never get around to.
  • When you travel lightly, you’re freer, less burdened, less tired. This applies to life, not just travel.
  • Your attention is your most valuable possession. Give it as a gift to the people you love most, not a bunch of clowns on the Internet. Give it to the work that matters most, not distractions.
  • Sometimes distractions are nice

We always remember that in our daily life, we should learn how to manage it.
